Join us for the 2019 Club Caribe Annual Member Meeting
The 2019 Club Caribe Annual Meeting will be held May 8-9, 2019 at Villa del Palmar Cancun.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: All events will be held at Villa del Palmar Cancun from May 8-9, 2019.
1- The Member Meeting is free to all members, but advanced registration is required in order to monitor the capacity in the conference center. In order to attend the events, members must register by filling out the form below.
2- Each Member Meeting registration is limited to 2 (two) persons complimentary for your first membership account only, regardless of how many points/weeks you own.
Important Rule Regarding Guests!! 1- Because we have consistently run into challenges with having adequate space for our members, no guests will be allowed until all members have been registered. We will allow members to register up to two weeks prior to the event. All guests will be placed on a waiting list and we will begin to confirm guests two weeks prior to the meeting, space permitting. We understand this may have an impact on your travel plans, but we must give priority to the members to attend the meeting. 2- If there are any spots available for non-members, we will allow a maximum of two guests on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $140 per person. The $140 guest fee covers the food and beverage and other expenses for the guests, which will be collected at time of confirmation.

Thursday, May 9, 2019 9:00am – 9:30am Continental Breakfast; 9:30am – 11:30am Member Meeting; 11:30 am – 12:00pm Roundtables; 7:00pm – 11:00pm Dinner Show
DON’T FORGET TO BOOK YOUR ROOM! TO BOOK YOUR SPACE CONTACT MEMBER SERVICES 800-578-7803 Please register for the event FIRST to receive your event confirmation number. We generally sell out of member inventory by May; however, we have rooms set aside for the event so that all members attending the Member Meeting are guaranteed space. The reservation agent will need your event confirmation number to complete your room reservation in the Member Meeting room block if we are already sold out of other inventory. The reservation agent needs your Member Meeting confirmation to complete your reservation.
